Senate Bills 332, 333, 334, 335 (2007) (Mental Health Parity--identical to HBs 4390-4393 ) Sponsors: Senators Jacobs, Whitmer, Brater, Clarke (primary), Description: Would provide that health insurance coverage for certain mental health and substance abuse treatment cannot be more restrictive than coverage for medical treatment. Committee: Health Policy Action: MPS position: top legislative priority
